What We Do

We offer free habitat consultations for landowners. Landowners who may be interested in one of our services, have the option for a free 4-hour consultation. David will meet the landowner/s on their property and walk/drive land together. As you go, he will offer some observations, answer questions and discuss your goals for the property. 

To create management plans, we balance a landowner's goals with the needs of the natural ecosystem in order to build the most functional and productive property we can. With detailed maps, schedules for implementing practices, and achievable benchmarks to gauge progress. Our plans make the job of transforming a property a much easier and more manageable task. 

As licensed pesticide applicators, we can design and complete custom herbicide applications for landowners on their property. We will do site preparation for food plots or pollinator plantings, spray selective herbicides to target weeds in pastures or hayfields, and a variety of other applications. 

We believe in building pollinator habitat whenever we can. We take you through the whole process from site selection, to customizing seed blends for your specific site, removing existing ground cover, and planting of the seeds. 

We are experts in the removal and eradication of harmful invasive plant species. We have successfully employed the Integrated Pest Management Strategy to deal with dozens of species across thousands of acres of Southern Ohio. As licensed pesticide applicators, we safely employ a variety of custom herbicides to best manage invasives year-round.

We employ the full spectrum of TSI techniques to improve your forest commercially, for wildlife, or both. We use chainsaws with a variety of cutting techniques as well as selective application of herbicide.

We assist hunters of all skill and experience levels achieve the hunting goals for their property. We will walk the property and lay out habitat improvements as well as food plot locations and stand/camera sites to optimize your property for hunting. 

We work with landowners enrolled in government cost-share programs to complete contract requirements. Often times, landowners need some assistance to complete the work. We've assisted dozens of landowners across the region to complete EQIP and CRP contracts.
